Music City PHINS Membership Information
- Yearly club membership dues are:
- Single -
$25 for Dec* thru Jun sign-up
$15 for Jul thru Nov* sign-up - Couple/Family -
$35 for Dec* thru Jun sign-up
$25 for Jul thru Nov* sign-up - *Our membership calender year is Jan 1 thru Dec 31 but if you sign up in Dec at the full year price ($25 single, $35 couple/family) your membership is valid thru the next year.
- *If you sign up after July 1 the dues are reduced for the last half of the year.
- Parakeets under 18 of club members are free
To join, print the Membership Application (click here), fill it out and then mail it with your check, made payable to the Music City PHiNs, to the address below or bring it and your payment (check or cash) to a club meeting.

You may also pay your dues via PayPal by sending it to our PayPal address phins.paypal@gmail.com or by selecting the correct dues option and clicking this PayPal “Add to Cart” button. You will be sent to PayPal where you can make your payment.
